Isle of Palms, one of Charleston’s barrier islands, is located just 30 minutes from the historic city of Charleston, South Carolina. The island offers sweeping views of marsh, the intracoastal waterway and six miles of white, sandy beaches. Located at the northern end of the Isle of Palms is Wild Dunes Resort, a Destination Hotel with its AAA Four-Diamond rated Boardwalk Inn and the Village at Wild Dunes. THE JAX ALE TRAIL OFFERS THIRST-QUENCHING ADVENTURES
Even though Jacksonville is located on the East Coast, it has a reputation as the “Wild West” of beers for its ingenious craftsmanship and tap room experiences, and there’s no better way to experience these innovative beers than on the Jax Ale Trail.
Since the trail began in 2014, Jacksonville has quickly risen to the top of Florida’s beer scene, becoming a competitive destination for beer travel and earning a spot in Livability.com’s 99 Best Beer Cities in the nation.

Inspired by Disney-Pixar’s “Toy Story” films, the long-awaited Toy Story Land officially opened this summer at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Toy Story fun is shared throughout the park with the new H2O Glow nighttime pool party at Typhoon Lagoon, Pixar Play at the Contemporary Resort and “The Music of Pixar Live! Show.”

Lake Lure, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, is a great destination any time of year, but it’s especially fun to visit during the Annual Dirty Dancing Festival which will be held August 24th—25th of this year. I attended last year’s 8th Annual Dirty Dancing Festival which marked the 30th anniversary of the movie and definitely “had the time of my life”!
