Having attended last year’s Coastal Uncorked, I can vouch for the great food, wine, and fun at this event. And if this year’s Oyster Roast kick-off on February 26th at the Sea Captain’s House was any indication of the quality of food and great local chefs preparing the fare–you certainly won’t want to miss the Chef’s Tasting Menus available daily all week-long during the event. Several participating restaurants will create their own fixed menus–all for just $20.12/person.

Funds from the event are used to help support the Horry Georgetown Technical College Culinary School and the Clay Britton Hospitality at Coastal Carolina University.
