Why would you settle for pub food when you’re in Charleston–one of great the food-Meccas of the South? One burger at Moe’s Tavern and you will completely understand why they were named the Best Pub Food in Charleston for five years running.
Boasting several delicious specialty burgers, I can assure you it will be difficult to choose just one. An easy crowd pleaser is the BLT Burger – fried tomato, bacon, fresh mozzarella, pesto mayo, and mixed greens (I might suggest adding sautéed mushrooms). Another one to try is the Goat Cheese and Roasted Poblano Burger. If you are feeling creative, go ahead and create your own with any of their 16 fresh toppings and a choice of chicken or beef (cooked to your liking).
Deal Breaker–Visit Moe’s Tavern on Tuesdays between 7pm and 10pm to get these amazing burgers for half price! (This is well-known by locals and tourists alike, so plan on having a few drinks while you wait for a table. )
